I confirm the details in this contract are correct and understand the service which will be provided. I give permission for my pet to be taken to designated Vet (or nearest available practice) if required. I understand that while all due care will be taken of my pets and property. Pet Friends will not be held responsible for any expenses or losses incurred. I accept the booking fee is non-refundable should I cancel the service prior to commencement.
