Hi, I am Shelley and I have been with Pet Friends since February 2021.
Covid lockdowns closed some doors for me but opened one special one to Pet Friends. I have worked every day since with all manner of furry, feathered or slimy clients. From fascinating tree frogs, to inquisitive rats, rabbits and guinea pigs with their fruit salads and funny antics. I always look forward to visits to your clever cats and walks with your dogs.
You can’t have a bad day if a dog is involved. You may not want to get out of bed, leave your book or just dream of being lazy, but as soon as you are out there with a dog that is just so happy to see you, well … all is forgotten. I have literally found shelter under trees with them in hail and heatwave and all the glorious Perth days in between. I won’t forget the birthday I spent as the gorgeous flower dog’s date at her pawrents wedding either.
I work from my laptop organising your boarding requests and planning staff schedules for walks and pet visits in the south of the river areas of Perth. A permanent feature of my office is my Tilly dog who has made many best friends too. I may not love humans as much as animals, but you are forgiven as you are animal people too.

They are so nice, professional and patient with fare price. Elsa and Shelley are the best for taking care of Guinean pigs. I highly recommend them! They will send pictures and notes to me every time after they take care of my piggies, and they help me feed them and clean the space. They are great! – Cassie Ge
