I had a last minute trip come up and all my usual pet/house sitters were not available, so upon searching I came across Pet Friends and I couldn’t be happier! From the initial call to Sharon, who quickly confirmed the availability of one of their pet carers, I immediately felt at ease with the decision to leave my 2 cats in their capable hands. I had to work right til the last minute in leaving and even giving instructions a little late, they still were on the ball with everything. We had a wonderful carer, Elsa, who did a wonderful job. She updated us on how they were doing, sending photos every couple of days which was great. Elsa even took the bins out for us and brought our mail in, so the house felt lived in. Upon returning home, everything was spotless, the cats were both very happy and content. Couldn’t fault the service from both the admin side and the carer side. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I haven’t had to use a pet sitter for 8 years and I was unsure how Daisey would cope. She was so well looked after and absolutely loved her pet sitter. Emm is an experienced dog walker who is calm and consistent with my dog... She's better behaved now due to Emm! And they have an admin/office which can deal with all the booking queries/changes and payment stuff which is really helpful - I find it more convenient than the pawshake type model.
