In order for due diligence and care in reducing the risk of spreading the Coronavirus we at Pet Friends would like to assure all our valued clients that we are doing everything within our control to limit risk both for our clients and our staff. We have initiated stringent hygiene regimes for our staff to carry out prior to attending your home and again after leaving your home. This includes the use of hand sanitiser and Glen 20 on all surfaces touched.
Our staff must report of any signs of symptoms and will self-quarantine in this event. In return, we are asking all clients who have recently travelled from or transited through any of the currently banned countries or who have been in close contact with someone who has a confirmed case of Covid-19 to advise us immediately so we can make an informed decision on how to proceed safely for all concerned.
At Pet Friends our first priority is to ensure we are being proactive for the safety of our clients and staff. We are all in this together, let’s all take responsible actions to protect the vulnerable among us.
